Please do not consider adopting a Tibetan Mastiff Rescue if:

1) You want a dog to breed. All TMs that come through TM Rescue are spayed or neutered.

2) You want a guard dog. Our TMs will only be placed in loving homes, as family dogs. We will not adopt TMs out who will be kept as outdoor guard dogs.

3) You want to get something really cool like the dog in "Man's Best Friend". TMs are a wonderful dog, but they are also very demanding. A TM that has come through Rescue is often emotionally very needy and we wish to place them only as family members, not as a really "cool" trophy dog.
