Lily has finally found a home! She has stayed in California and has a small girl to call her own. Lily, even though she was the most "normal", psychologically, of all the dogs that were seized from a single breeder in LA County almost a year ago, also turned out to have the worst health problems, due to a botched debarking. After Dr. Aiken, who has helped many of our rescues, operated on her to remove massive amounts of scar tissue and to reconstruct her trachea, Lily became a new dog. We think Lily is going to have a very good life with her new family.
